Warranty:

Bicycle Industry Standard Warranty on Frames. Wear components are not covered. Warranty inquiries require RA number approval. Shipping expenses are not covered for any warranty inquiries. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on any product Warranty Inquiries and/or product Exchanges. Any Warranty Claim items need to be returned by UPS/Fedex/DHL/USPS for inspection prior to approval for exchange of an identical or comparable product at our discretion. Bicycle Industry Extended Aftermarket Warranty Programs can be purchased as add-on services. Any damaged products due to improper use, assembly, or negligence are not covered. Restocking fees, shipping costs, reduced exchange credit may be assessed depending on the situation.

Exchange:

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on any product exchanges. Product exchange inquiries to switch out your bicycle or component that you are not happy with for an identical or comparable item must be made within 5 business days of receiving your product.

Shipping Damage Claims:

Please report any shipping damages or discrepancies immediately upon receipt of product. Any claims should be made within 24-48 Hours of receiving the product. LifestyleHQ will file a Damage / Loss Claim with the shipping logistics company and resolve the issue with an identical / comparable replacement product at no cost to you for direct purchases made on LifestyleHQ.US
